Ingredients:
- Green Beans
- Pork Belly
- Cream of Mushroom
- Cream of Mushroom with Roasted Garlic
- Crispy Fried Onions
- Yellow Onion
- Jalapeno (optional)
Prep Steps (These you can before turning any heat source on so everything cooks evenly)
- Finely chop onion
- Clean green beans and break large ones into 2
- Remove jalapeno seeds and finely chop
- Slice pork belly into small strips
Step 1
Air fry the pork belly for 4 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Stir and flip then put back in for another 4 at 400 Fahrenheit. They should be crispy on all sides.
Step 2
Fry the chopped onion and jalapeno in a pan for 7 minutes on high heat.
Step 3
Lightly fry the green beans for about 3 minutes. You can cook in batches because if the pan can not fit them all. Then add to greased baking pan.
Step 4
In a baking dish combine all the ingredients. Leave some pork belly to the side for the top. Try to layer the pork belly evenly. Mix the cream of mushroom and cream of mushroom with roasted garlic together in the pan. Once everything is combined without chunks, add the remaining pork belly to the top along with the crispy onion.
Step 5
Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 30 minutes or until the top is nice and crispy.
